Noetic Math

This spring, a total of 39,078 students from 803 schools participated in the Noetic Math Competition contest including the 28 selected 5th graders from Edward H Bryan School.  It is my pleasure to announce that Team Bulldogs earned the Team Achievement Award which is awarded to the top 10% of the teams in the nation!  It is no surprise so many of our students received additional recognition.  Yihyeon Kim  wins the prestigious title of Team winner, with the highest score of everyone on the team.  Jack Jang, Yihyeon Kim, Riley Lee, and Angela Shin are among the 4,355 students who placed on the National Honor Roll, which includes the top 10% of all participants in the nation.   In addition, a large number of participants earn the recognition of Honorable Mention which includes the top 50% of the participants in the nation. These students are: Ever Hahn, Andy Kang, Jennie Namgung, Eden Shapir, Brody Son, Joanna Tak, Jonathan Wiseman, Daniel Yoon, Jenny Yoon, Jun Park, Leina Han, Lucio DiMaio, Maxim Shpigel, and Ofri Wolff. On behalf of the Cresskill School District, congratulations on this incredible accomplishment.

We also want to extend our congratulations to all students who participated in the contest for their unwavering enthusiasm and dedication to math. Participating in the Noetic Learning Math Contest is not an easy feat, and we recognize the determination and courage it takes to compete. We hope that each and every student recognizes their individual success in solving even one problem, and we encourage you to celebrate their achievements!
